Love the video of health check, self check in, very thoughtful lifts from June. However. . Though 2 front tyres were flagged for replacement, the rear 2 also needed replacing and this was only flagged by KwikFit.

My car was in for a brake fluid change under our service plan but this did not include checking/cleaning and sealing the brake pipes. This should be mandatory if changing brake fluid. Instead I had to pay £159 to have this done under an mot check.

Absolutely loved the video sent to me of a technician named DANIEL doing a health check of my car,as a mechanic myself of 30yrs I appreciated his caring and knowledge of the job he was carrying out.definitely worth 5 stars to this technician.????
