the car was to be delivered at 10.00. I rang and emailed Rees but he didn't respond until 11.00am. He then advised that he wouldn't be delivering the vehicle (as agreed) and that a driver would drop it to my office. The driver arrived at 1.15pm

This time was fine and I was very happy with the EGR Replacement but on the Sunroof during the past it was awful. JKC Techniicians in conjunction with BMW experts in Germany were unable to resolve my Panoramic sunroof problems after 9 days work

Service was fast and efficient with video showing some parts of the service carried out. However, they strongly suggested that I change the rear wiper at a cost of around £45 but I had replaced it only a few weeks before

Shannon called and booked the car in she was very friendly. Dylan phoned we agreed a 3hr service time. Service took much longer and did not have good interaction with Dylan (unprofessional) The car interior was not cleaned and I wasn't told this.
