Cara was extremely helpful and approachable. She was knowledgeable about the product and effortlessly (on her part) led me through the purchasing process, especially the 'paperwork'. My new car was extremely well presented when I took delivery of it.

I'm very satisfied. I found JKC BMW willing to negotiate, easy to deal with & very helpful in the purchasing process. I bought a 320i Touring which was on view in the showroom. My only reservation is that I wasn't told it was a pre 2025 update car

My mistake, left handbag in my car and car removed from forecourt. Not a bother to send a guy to yard where car was, and bring my bag to me.
