Love the video of health check, self check in, very thoughtful lifts from June. However. . Though 2 front tyres were flagged for replacement, the rear 2 also needed replacing and this was only flagged by KwikFit.

My car was in for a brake fluid change under our service plan but this did not include checking/cleaning and sealing the brake pipes. This should be mandatory if changing brake fluid. Instead I had to pay £159 to have this done under an mot check.

Very approachable and friendly staff throughout JKC. Drop off and pick up service was efficient. Length of service was faster than expected. Vehicle was returned to me in the same fashion I had delivered it (minus the service works).

Good communication through the booking system, great customer care whilst waiting on my car, would have been full stars but were unable to provide loan car on my service date. They did offer to rearrange to when they would have one available.
