The service is fantastic. All the staff from check-in to service and sales treat you like a customer and not a number. It really is 5*. Brought my car in for a warrenty job and they gave the car a mechanical once over and a wash. Couldn't be happier.

Good service done on the car. However, was told on the phone that the car would be ready at a certain time and for a call to say it won't be ready for another day. Was 10 minutes outside of Coleraine when this happened and had to turn back to Derry.

Customer service was good here and able to get an appointment on short notice a small point is that when approving the service items I filled out the comment box, this was not picked up on and I had to specifically raise it when at garage
