the car was to be delivered at 10.00. I rang and emailed Rees but he didn't respond until 11.00am. He then advised that he wouldn't be delivering the vehicle (as agreed) and that a driver would drop it to my office. The driver arrived at 1.15pm

Very minor service on a 3 year old 128TI with only 4,000 miles driven since new. Only slight query - the vehicle had a test drive (absolutely no problem) but the info on the dash showed 5.5miles at 15.6mpg - was it a rally stage!!!

The video/audio of the health check was good but the gentleman who spoke the audio was too fast. It was difficult to take it in. He needs to consider customers who are over 80 years of age. He should be encouraged to slow down by about 30%

Customer service was good here and able to get an appointment on short notice a small point is that when approving the service items I filled out the comment box, this was not picked up on and I had to specifically raise it when at garage

Initially it was poor service but when Gary took over we received good communication and he got our car fixed and back to us within 5 weeks
