the car was to be delivered at 10.00. I rang and emailed Rees but he didn't respond until 11.00am. He then advised that he wouldn't be delivering the vehicle (as agreed) and that a driver would drop it to my office. The driver arrived at 1.15pm

Had issues with leaking panoramic sunroof which required three attempts to get it fixed but they stuck to the job and each time was given a vehicle to drive and tried their best to give me a comfortable vehicle to suit my wife as she is very thin

Good service. My only complaint is the speed of dropping off and collecting the vehicle. My wife had to wait at least 15 minutes and wasn't offered a cup of coffee. When I receive a call that my car is ready and just want to exchange keys and go.

This would have been lower but for Steven in the service centre. Car in for a major service was broken by the mechanics and car wasn't test driven to confirm road worthiness. I was offered nothing for having two days disrupted by this.

This time was fine and I was very happy with the EGR Replacement but on the Sunroof during the past it was awful. JKC Techniicians in conjunction with BMW experts in Germany were unable to resolve my Panoramic sunroof problems after 9 days work

Service was fast and efficient with video showing some parts of the service carried out. However, they strongly suggested that I change the rear wiper at a cost of around £45 but I had replaced it only a few weeks before

Shannon called and booked the car in she was very friendly. Dylan phoned we agreed a 3hr service time. Service took much longer and did not have good interaction with Dylan (unprofessional) The car interior was not cleaned and I wasn't told this.

Very minor service on a 3 year old 128TI with only 4,000 miles driven since new. Only slight query - the vehicle had a test drive (absolutely no problem) but the info on the dash showed 5.5miles at 15.6mpg - was it a rally stage!!!

The video/audio of the health check was good but the gentleman who spoke the audio was too fast. It was difficult to take it in. He needs to consider customers who are over 80 years of age. He should be encouraged to slow down by about 30%

Although our car was bought through the Motability scheme there was no courtesy car available for us. Even though my husband cannot walk very far, we had to spend 4 1/2 hours in the town waiting for our vehicle. Surely this should have been foreseen.

Kept informed from the moment I placed my order, to car being delivered. Also, the only time I have received a beautiful package of flowers from car retailers. The sales member I have dealt with on both occasions has been Rees, an amazing sales rep.
