Kept informed from the moment I placed my order, to car being delivered. Also, the only time I have received a beautiful package of flowers from car retailers. The sales member I have dealt with on both occasions has been Rees, an amazing sales rep.

the car was to be delivered at 10.00. I rang and emailed Rees but he didn't respond until 11.00am. He then advised that he wouldn't be delivering the vehicle (as agreed) and that a driver would drop it to my office. The driver arrived at 1.15pm

Had issues with leaking panoramic sunroof which required three attempts to get it fixed but they stuck to the job and each time was given a vehicle to drive and tried their best to give me a comfortable vehicle to suit my wife as she is very thin
